We are active days 24 and 25 october during the [WW] [DX] [SSB] [CONTEST]
in 160 m [SSB] 1840-1845 [KC].
Aerials utilized: 4 elements [DELTA] [LOOP] in direction north America
                           2 elements [DELTA] [LOOP] in direction east
                           An element [DELTA] [LOOP] in direction
[NORD-SUD]
power a [KW]

Operators: [I5JVA] [CARLO] and [I5VXG] [GIANCARLO]

I wasn't aware that one could put in one's reservation for contest
frequencies...

You don't really *reserve* the frequency as such - if you've got the
big signal, you just show up, sit down and wait for the little guys to
move aside (which won't take too long)...

Yeh, the notion of 'QRL' 'don't exist'. Of course, there are those like myself
who aren't in contests to win, and can't see the motivation to change freqs
when K1^#, or W3(^$ decides to hop on top--without asking QRL.:-)

Not only that, but if this was an ARRL contest on 1998.10.24-25, I
believe soliciting contacts or making skeds on repeaters or internet is
forbidden also.  Giving their frequency is more than just encouraging
participation, that smacks of solicitation.
