See- I told you so- here, the declaration that the results are flawed,
and the simultaneous threat about copyright violation. This is pure, but
predictable, Bulls**t.

For a copyright to have been violated, the original must be identifiable
in the so-called copy. The EZNEC file has not been posted, therefore the
material Richard put forth cannot be a copy. I have sufficient material
in my possesion, directly from the Fract***site, without any editing,
and without any copyright notice, to do what Richard did. It would take
me much longer, because I do not have his experience or talent. What I
have came from a public source.

An interesting point- he is upset at a lack of notice about a pending
patent- but no such patent has been referenced.

This is interesting. In what way would the reader be mislead? The
antenna is freely available for anyone to make, use, or sell, as is
anything you publicly disclose for which a patent hasn't issued(*). No
one has any legal obligation to provide notice of pending patents. In
fact, no one except the applicant has any way of finding out just what
it is you're attempting to patent. The fact that you've applied for a
patent for something doesn't restrict anyone in any way. Am I wrong
about this? If so, in what way?

(*)This is assuming it doesn't infringe on someone else's patent, of
course.

Frackky,(Wow! my spell checker wanted to substitute FARCE for frackky, it
may be smarter than we are) he posted an EZNEC analysis that would hold up
in any court. You gave permission for amateur use, one would presume that
also includes comments and evaluation of said antenna. God help us all if
truth is the basis of a lawsuit.

Funny, not a word about lawsuits against Dr Puente and Fractusn who, according
to them, have patented fractal antennas and trade marked Fractal Antenna.

Why haven't you told Fractus and Dr Puente to remove their material?

You're offended by hobbiest comments on a hobby site, but you're not offended
by Fractus and Dr Puente claiming patents and trademarks on their commercial
site.

What's the problem? Their lawyers bigger than yours?

As I said, I will have to pursue the best avenues for public dissemnation. That
will lead to many new readers of this NG.

If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

If this is your design, as you claim, maybe you need a better
design.
If some one has a problem with one of my antennas, I try to
help him fix it. I don't threaten to sue him.

This is not the place for you lawsuit threats.
If you want to file suit against Mr. Clark then
You and your Lawyer can hop a plane to Woodinville Washington,
and file your suit. When you get done with the air fare, hotel
rooms, meals and court cost. Then you will find out just what
your "pending" patents are worth.

Thank you so much for posting this. The Eznec (TM Roy Lewalen) line
drawing sure looks familiar. I guess I'll have to fire up my Eznec 3
and see how my old work plays.

I can't quite understand Chip's gripe, you give full credit for
the design and are complimentary.

It strike me that if one did not want a web page disseminated one
would not post a link to it but the Fract Entity often confuses me.
