(forget my english(I'm French: nobody's perfect...)) Hi everybody, I need
some advice and experience: I've got an antenna which gives better results
when the outside of the cable is not connected; is that normal or is the
antenna corrupted ? I don't anderstand. Thanks for any answer.

I would say that you have some bad coax, connectors or antenna. Check all
connections for corrosion or water. also check wire for kinks.
