Ranger Communications, Inc. Service Manual for Model RCI-2950/2970, Rev. C,
dated May, 1993. Purchased new for $25.00 in 1995. Complete with schematics,
PC Board layout in two colors for clarity, parts list, alignment instructions,
microphone wiring, and programming instructions.
Note: This is a repair manual. It does not describe "modifications." Perhaps
some of the CB service techs on the net will suggest which years this covers.
Ranger began shipping a modified version of these radios around one year ago.
I believe this one covers 1993 through 1996.
This book also would have value to the owners of a Galaxy Saturn Turbo or other
radios which use the 2950 chassis.
Sized 8-1/2 by 11 inches, with foldouts for circuit board diagrams, the book is
in a plastic cover, but also is punched for a three ring binder. The estate
will pay the shipping. Minimum bid is $10. Payment by money order.
