To put it mildly, Fisher's full of shit. Interesting to note that all
past correspondence has been on official ARRL stationary and now he gets
one via e-mail, plus the fact the all ARRL correspondence via e-mail is
done via their organizational address and not personal, leads once again
that Fisher is a bullshit artist of the worst kind. He can't perpetrate
a hoax with an realism.

It is interesting to note that not one of his fellow "VE's" has come to
his defense. Obviously action speak louder than words. And all this
effort for maintaining status in something that Fishers despises so much.
Interesting that as much as he hates Amateur Radio, he so vehement in his
efforts to be associated with an aspect of it. Bullshit, pure and simple
and Fisher is full.

Loser, they name is Burt Fisher, or Drew, or Spew, or Jamtheham, Cutie
Boy, Lennie Anderson, etc, etc, yada yada yada

First realize that the Stafford letter is from the delusionary mind of
Fisher. It doesn't exist except in his tiny little mind. The reasoning
is plain and simple. When this bullshit first went a round 10 months
ago, Fisher, by his own admission, admitted to meeting the minimum
requirements concerning administering tests Nothing more, nothing less,
despite what the little madman would have you believe. There was no
minority discrimination as he states. He failed to meet a requirement as
was let go. Funny, I'd bet Fisher wouldn't pass any of his students if
they failed to go to classes for a year, yet he expects the his failure
to meet that requirement should be waived...BAHHHHH Fisher got what he
deserves...Ain't payback a ***

A better question: Why did you re-insert the .dx NG, after I dropped
it from any fol-ups to my post? Can you provide any answer at all?
I've again deleted it from any further fol-ups. Can you resist the
temptation and leave it out?

So it's a fact that an irregularity occurred while you were proctoring
an exam session? Is that what you're saying? And according his letter,
if an irregularity occurs, then the ARRL must suspend the VE's
credentials. That's the conditional statement from logic, Burt: If A,
then B (or B is a consequence of A, or B follows A). Of course, B can
result from other conditions, but in regard to his letter to you, no
conditions other than A ("an irregularity occurred") were mentioned.

Have you contacted the FCC regarding this issue? If so, what was their
response as to their investigation? If not, why not?
