Who have the list of Haiti's blockade frequencies published in the last
Monitoring Times?

Stef..I picked these freqs. off another newsgroup and I dont know if they
are from the Monitoring Times, or if they are correct, but give em a whirl
anyway:

Haiti Blockade
(all USB)

4090 - very active primary UN NCS frequency (Foxtrot Tango is NCS)
This is apparently most active during times of Caribbean darkness
(2200-1200 UTC)

6815.4 - USCG with Foxtrot Charlie as NCS. Cutters use two-letter Charlie
calls (CR, CQ, CA etc.)

7741 - USCG freq. Cutters use plain name.

I have not had a chance to try these yet but I hope they are
helpful/interesting for you and others.
