Red Wave Radio

Hi All,

I have accidently discarded my copy of the original War Emergency Radio
Service posting in this newsgroup.  Is there anyone who has saved a
copy and could forward it to me?  The posting I am refering to is the
one that went into considerable detail about how the WERS replaced
normal ham operation, especially during natural disasters during
WWII.
