Red Wave Radio

Anyone have any information on V-M Corporation of Benton
Harbor, Michigan?  Their trademark is
"The Voice of Music".

Have two VM-1432 AM/Shortwave tuners.  These are tubed,
have frequency coverage similar to (but not identical)
to Heath GR-54.  No audio power amp on board, just two
mono line outputs, A and B.

One works pretty well, just wonder if there is a V-M/Heathkit
connection.
