Red Wave Radio

I am interested in decoding a local MDT system and I am interested if anyone
has any information of any of the following:

The system is mfg by:      MDI Mobile Data International (Now I believe a
subs. of Motorola)
                                      Model 9300
                                      Uses I believe   PD-LAP protocol.

If anyone has any knowledge they would like to pass on I would be thankful.

I am interested in developing an application similar to the one for the
Motorola 4800 MDT application but for PD-LAP use. Any assistance provided
can make this application become a reality .... that way we can all enjoy
the benefits.
