also looking for broken ham gear

I have an old Uniden Bearcat 20/20 with a cracked circuit board...  I fixed
it once by jumpering the circuit traces with solder (Just a cheap, quick
repair), and it worked fine for a while.  Now it is intermittent again..
Would probably work if you soldered in actual wires across the broken
traces, but I'm not going to bother with it...  It is the display board that
is cracked.  I'm sure there are other circuits on that board as well, but I
know for sure that it controls the display...
