Anyone had any dealing with these people? I placed an order for an antenna over a week ago, my order hasn't been processed, they
won't respond to my emails, and I can't cancel my order via the site, just send an unhappy letter to their admin.

I personally would never do business with them, too many negative stories I
have heard at the local "outlaw CB shop" as well as on the 'net. Since they
specialize in quasi-legal items and blatantly sell to unlicensed amateurs
without pause for thought, it should make one question their integrity to
begin with.

Not only that, but they sell antennas which can only be said
to operate by voodoo, certainly not physics or electronic
principles. I would highly advise anyone to pull out a copy
of the ARRL handbook and read a little bit, then go back
and look at this junk based on a little knowledge gained
from the book. Engineers who have looked at that opening
page must be rolling on the floor laughing.

If you paid by credit card, advise the credit card company & refuse
delivery. As part of customer service, they can't charge your card unless
they have shipped the product & must accept cancellations as part of their
credit card contract. If you then refuse delivery, you are covered. Too bad
you ordered from this vendor. They are very famous for greed without
response!

Take a look at some of the postings about
ExportRadios.com in rec.radio.cb. Seems you're not the only person who's had a
bad experience with this business.
