The charges involving his wife have been dropped. The DA is pressing forward
with a couple of charges against Bill which he expects to disprove if need
be.
health wise he has started treatments and has a positive outlook.

I think if I found out I had a terminal condition, I'd make a hit list
and settle a few old scores before checking out.  Just a thought.

Ya know George,.....even if you were to get a death sentence for a capitol crime;
did'ja know that states can't execute you unless you're healthy?

No sh*t, the've got to render medical treatment before proceeding with an execution.
Don't that beat all?  Plenty of cases where the state had to render medical treatment
for heart conditions, cancers, and the like before they were able to proceed to an
execution.

Aw heck.....what would someone have to lose?  Right?

Hypothetically speaking.....of course.

Yep, in Washington we won't hang a loser because he weighs too much and it
was ruled by the court to be cruel and inhumane if he were decapitated when
hung. Sheesh!

If I were facing what Bill is the last thing on my mind would be old
grudges. Bill's upcoming battle with his illness must certainly makes
everything else insignificant. Though he seemed to enjoy doing battle with
the retarded one I doubt the creep even crosses his mind now.

It's a nice thought and all in this tiny usenet world but reality isn't the
same. Wow, if retard could figure that out now. Never.

Perhaps you should try to live life with more positive thoughts
rather than carrying those old grudges around & wanting to
"settle" old scores.
