Check out the new Dual-Trunking and Multi-Trunking Scanners that are NOT
FROM UNIDEN.
If I knew these were in the works I would not have bought a Uniden BC 245
XLT!
I am glad I sold the BC 235 XLT before the word of these got out.

T2.

The best way to subscribe is to send an email to T2 which will bounce and
send you instructions on joining that mailing list. After joining the free

IF YOU are referring to the upcomming new radio shack scanners they
ARE built by UNIDEn & "house labeled" for radio shack.  The radio shack
versions usually cost more and/ or have less performance than the compareable
Uniden, (untill they go on a "blow out discontinued" sale of some sort, then
they are worth the asking price)

Unfortunately Green, you posted incorrect information about the new scanners
from the Radio Shack 2000 catalog  being built by Uniden. They are going to
be made by GRE of Japan.

There is a web page with detailed info on these scanners at
http://www.leesville.com/scanner/newscan.htm
until someone kills it. :>{

Rich Wells killed my post with pictures to his web page as inappropriate to
his discussion
of the UNIDEN 245 XLT so that link is now dead.

list for breaking news on second generation multi tracking scanners (ie T2).
For instance in the last twelve hours I have discovered that these scanners
may be doomed to lackluster performance tracking Motorola sytems compared to

details.
There are other scanning mailing lists that have bits of information on
