Red Wave Radio

I recently bought a used BC-200XLT scanner.  It's the later version with
the UC-1147A microprocessor.  I understand the cell mod for the later
version is different, and I found the following mod:

Problem:  I can find the 10K resistor mentioned, but I can't find the
K1019 IC.  (But it does have two K1013 ICs.)  Where is K1019?
