Red Wave Radio

Does anyone happen to have this issue? The mod appears in the "Scanning
Equipment" Sec. in the May issue of "Monitoring Times" magazine.
It would help out alot if I could get it scanned to file and uploaded.  Has
anybody done this? Is it simple?  Does it work well??
