writer's correction

Post by bm67 » Sun, 10 Oct 1999 04:00:00

Folks,

I am the writer who has been posting a notice about research I am
doing.  I did not know that it is illegal for someone to tell what
is heard when scanning.  (I told you I was finding my way around!)
Someone emailed explaining this.  Sorry, I didn't intend to put anyone

in a compromising position.

Regards,

Thomas

Yes, this is very important.  Listen all you want, but keep it to yourself.  If
everyone did this, we wouldn't have the problems we have today with the
government slowly outlawing our hobby.

Note: this address does not accept unsolicited e-mail.  Please contain all
discussion regarding USENET posts to the appropriate newsgroup thread.

This is true, unless you're listening to a conversation from the
opposing political party, then, it's OK, IF you can get away with it...
