ScanCat Gold for Windows and Database files

I would like to create an Access file for specific frequency's that I
plan to use in different area's.
ScanCat's instructions are not that clear on how to create a file and
set it up so that I can save the frequencies to different band
locations (ie, I'd like to be able to create one file to cover the
fifty frequencies located in bank 6 (600-649 for example).
Do any of you know how to set up a new MDB (Access) file to fill
individual banks?
