Looking for active freqs for the states listed in the title. Tried
listening to the ones that were listed in the Police Call and also another
scanner book (title of which escapes me at the moment) to no avail. Thanks
in advance...

The RI State Police run Simplex VHF. It is very quiet. I know the police call
book lists the freqs. they are correct for RI.

Unfortunately, NH went digital. Been this way about a year now. Although
you can still hear some on 155.91, 156.09, 45.46, 45.22 and 44.94. Only
other time you hear SP, is when their on a local channel.
