Red Wave Radio

Hi all, just wondering what everyone is using to program the
bc245xlt...which software is the best to use..any if any in the new york
city area if they could send what they have on any freqs..what so
ever...these programs must make some kind of a text file or something
like that .if you can just send that would be greatly appericated..
