Since this is the first time we have encountered such a problem from one of
our users - both shareware or registered, please let me state that this
problem is being looked into - immediately. If there is a bug in the
software, all registered users will be sent (either via E-mail or ground
shipping) the fix for the software. Shareware users will have the ability
to download the demo patch from our website if a patch is needed. I cannot
stress enough that without customer's PC895 would not be anything.
If a software patch is necessitated, three things will happen :
1) All registered users will be sent a copy of the latest release.
2) All "Demo" users will have the opportunity to download the patch from our
3) A message will be posted in this newsgroup to let people know that a bug
was found and corrected.
We strive to acheive 100% error free software, but unfortunately, sometimes
we cannot catch every bug in the software (ie: Windows 95, Lucas Arts X-Wing
vs. Tie-Fighter, and many others), and therefore we rely on our users to
notify us of those errors, so that they can be corrected as soon as
Once again, I would like to thank everyone for their support and interest in
PC 895, and more then welcome e-mail for technical support issues,
suggestions, and comments. Most e-mail will be answered within 24-72 hours.
