Does anyone out there wish to fill me in on what
these packages do.

I've used the ScanStar demo and currently waiting on
my copy of ScanStar Pro.

So what is ScanCat all about ?

Any options would be appreciated.....

Have you taken a look at Scan*Star for Windows? Demo copies are available from
www.scanstar.com.
