by I used to own a modification handbook that showed a modification for the
PRO-2004,5,6 I forgot which. It was a mod that you wired in a electronic
counting module to your scanner and it would count the number of hits on a
specific frequency you were monitoring. Basically, you leave your scanner on
a channel in the beginning of the day and come back after work and see how busy
that channel was. Its nice for finding out if a frequency/repeater is active
or not.
Has anyone else heard of this modification before? If so... what is the mod?
How do I wire it into the scanner?
