Hello Bart,

I browse the news group and noted your title, I am living in Hong Kong.

I know there is a shop (Kam Fai) in Mody Road, near Nathan Road (in Tsim Sha
Tsui, the tour district) will sell ham radio & AV equipment at reasonable
price. Shops in Ap Liu Street (Sham Shui Po, adjacent to Golden Shopping
Centre (infamous for selling software clones)) are also will sell at good
price
to selected customers. Both places are very close to MTR station (Tsim Sha
Tsui, Sham Shui Po).

I recommanded you take a price list and note the version (voltage, frequency
bands) of the equipment, and test and then pack at your witness, DO NOT
accept anything which is taken out of your sight even for a shortest while.

Hope you can read my reply in time. And hope you will enjoy the stay in Hong
Kong.

Best regards,

S. H. Hung VR2FO
