I'm looking for a patch to interconnect line level audio (input and
output) and a telephone signal (full duplex). I'd prefer to use a
commerical product if one is available. Suggests? Thanks -Joe Izen

If I am reading you correctly, the Connect Systems CS-800 will work
for what you want. I have one but use it as a repeater controller and
phone patch. (simplex)

The repeater system we have here is running a RLC2 with phone patch. We
are running three repeaters, all on different bands. We have great success
on using duplex autopatch via RX on one band and TX on another band. In
theory we could have a duplex system if we took one of the repeaters off
and put in another repeater and the same band just separate the antennas
or get a combiner??? But none the less, duplex autopatch is capable via
amateur radio, I use it all the time.

If I am not mistaken, I think HRO has a section of their catalog that
deals with patches...I THINK there is a few duplex patches for sale in
there...or give them a call.
