I have an IC229H which has two burned out dial lights. These are marked DS2
and DS3 on the schematic. They are also identified as HRS-7219A on the
schematic. Can anyone tell me anything about these--the specifications--or
how I might obtain a couple?

Try calling Icom in Bellvue, WA. I'm sure you can get them by mail.
