Need advice on simple FM rcvr for 6M, 2M and VHF TV audio

I'm looking for a receiver or "scanner" that I can use to receive at least
6M, 2M amateur bands (FM only OK) and VHF (specifically channel 6) audio.
I would like something with digital/PLL tuning rather than slide-dial
analog tuning; beyond that I don't need anything fancy. Recommendation?
