I'm looking for a good quality, powerful amplifying antenna. I am trying
to pick up fairly weak radio signals from 50+ miles away, and the
amplifying antenna's i've tried, all in the under $50 range, have failed
miserably. any suggestions?

Post a little more information to help people answer you.

Frequency, line of sight or obstructions in the way, why you have to
stay inside with the antenna (can you mount something on a balcony
railing), etc.
