by Night Mix", in which popular songs of the '70s and '80s are played. The
selections range over everything from mainstream rock to new wave to disco.
I enjoy this show as a refreshing change from the same old formatted
programming. I'm curious as to whether any other stations out there are doing
this, or are airing this type of format full time. If so, what sort of ratings
do they bring in? It seems as though there would be quite a big market for
this type of format, but perhaps it is a few years ahead of its time right now.
Also, I suppose that after a while, this type of format would get just as stale
as any of the other well-established formats.
