Last sunday around 02 UTC I noticed a french speaking station on
1600 khz fighting with WLUZ of Puerto Rico and a couple of US stations.
The french speaking had just talks on "Haiti Democratique" and similar,
no music was played, only talks. Anybody knows where this station is
situated, perhaps in the Caribbean area (Dominican Republic?) or maybe
Florida?
