Is your YB a new one? They have done some improvments on the newer ones such as
un-muting  on the tuning/ slewing keys. I heard the selectivity was also
improved. The AGC doedn't "pump" as much as my older one. I do have some mods,
but most really are not needed. One useful mod I do like is connecting two
.01uf caps fom each of the top two switch posts on the low/high switch to
ground on the volume pot. This mod reduces the hiss when the switch is in the
"high position.
