Referenec WINRADIO

To those of you recently asking what this computer card is like well
there is a competent review in the March edition of Short Wave Magazine.

One of the surprises is that it is manufactured in Australia by a
company called ROSETTA.

Read the review and be warned.

Just read it expecting a "competent review" and instead found a
hysterical diatribe by a guy who hates computers so much he even
doesn't own one. He spent two pages comparing a 1.3 GHz VHF/UHF
scanner (Winradio) to a 30MHz shortwave receiver - pears and apples, I
might add, only to finish up saying "performance not untypical
of wide-band scanners". Makes me wonder why what used to be a
reputable magazine would print such a piece of shit.

What I did like though was the response by the company.
I thought it was intelligent and cool.

Was this ever a secret? Look at their web site.
And what's your problem anyway - do you have shares
in a major Japanese company?

Be warned of***heads.
