In my own case, a couple/few days--but that was about 6 months ago. It
might all depend on how busy Bernd Friedwald is at ILG. Be patient, or
if you run out of that you might email him again (NICELY!) and ask him
what the holdup is. Never look a gift horse in the mouth....

Mine took about 4 days I think. This was a month or two ago.

Got mine back in just a few hours but think it depends on how busy they are,
don't think it's un common for them to take a week or so.

They also have a tendency to sometimes close the shop and go on vacation. Mine
took about two amd a half weeks because the person-in-charge of passwords was
on vacation.

AFAIK all!! the ILGradio support is done by Bernd himself in his private time. He
does a VERY nice job to support us SWLers :-))
So from time to time he is on a vacation trip as Bryant stated and sometimes he
is VERY busy on his job.
So keep cool and be sure your reply-adress works ;-)

I requested a password a week ago Wednesday-- and received it just
this afternoon...
