Well,
I don't have RX-320 yet, but tried their software on NT4.0.  Runs OK, only
pops the message that Com. buffer overflow after playing with it which is to
be expected.

Exactly.

I've a Win95 (old) system for the kids games (young kids).  The NT
system has my stuff (quicken, et al).  The Linux system is the server.
