Deutsche Welle's 2100 G.M.T. Africa feed, on 15.410 mhz from Sri Lanka, comes
in fairly well to NorCali. Too bad it's 1 p.m. local afternoon time for weekday
listenership.  WA6020SWL

The EiBi sked as well as current HFCC data show this transmission to be via Kigali,
Rwanda rather than Sri Lanka. The transmission is directed toward West Africa.

Hi Neil,

The updates I rcvd this week have the DW DELETING about six!! time slots
to the USA.  The new English schedule is, 0600-0700 GMT on 15410 via Rwanda
and 2100-2200 GMT on 15410 via Rwanda. They have dropped 7225 at 1600 GMT,
1900 GMT on 13780, 20000 GMT on 15410, 0000 GMT on 7290 and 0500 GMT on
15410.  I hear them very well on their German transmission via
Canada-Antigua, Bonaire and Rwanda. Why the cut in English, I do not know at
this time.

Good Listening and DX!
