Any help if greatly appreciated.

It's Trans World Radio, broadcasting from Swaziland. I've never heard
them ID either, but their schedule says they're broadcasting in German
on that frequency for that exact 1/2 hour. When I did hear them, even
though I couldn't understand the language, the music played was
religious. In addition, I've heard English IDs of TWR from Swaziland on
other frequencies at other times. This led me to believe that the
program on 4775 must be TWR. By the way, I received TWR on a Radio Shack
DX-370 here in Minnesota, USA.

This beggars belief, but according to the International Broadcasting section of
WRTH 1997, Swaziland is listed for 0400-0430UTC in German, just as you heard,
broadcasting to Namibia of all places on indeed 4775khz! The station is Trans
World Radio. Not a bad catch.

Actually, if I recall my history correctly [and I do :-) ], it
probably make sense to broadcast German to Namibia.
