      I have two questions:

1). Whats the telephone number and address of Ramsey-FM?

2). I just bought the shortwave kit from radio shack
    and before, I try to set it up, I would appreciate
    some ideas from the pros.

Expect very low performance from the Radio Shack shortwave radio _kit_.
(I assume you mean the build-it-yourself radio.)  You will be lucky to
hear just a few international broadcasters.  But it will whet your
appetite...
