Anyone else notice this in your part of the country?

QTH:Cincinnati,Ohio

The MUF has been way down lately.  The 31 meter band listening has been poor
for weeks

40m was doing well tonight...in an hour I worked stations in NJ and CA  then
MN to LA from central Indiana....using 5w and a homemade dipole in my attic.

Nicest conds for 40m in a long time.
