It will not work under Windoze in a DOS shell.
The author is most decent and very helpful.
Don't expect too much though. It decodes a lot of modes which simply
aren't used by anyone or you might be able to actually decode the data
stream but the message content is encrypted you'll end up with screens
full of meaningless 5-letter groups.
Get the demo version and try for yourself.
