Hello Folks,
Some weeks ago I posted an article about my visit to the BBC
Hong Kong relay. In it I mentioned that the station would probably
close at the end of October when the Winter schedule would come into
operation, with Hong Kong's schedule being taken over by the new
Thailand relay.
This morning I received the following e-mail from Miles Ashton,
the sole BBC man out there:-

Richard,
Nice to hear from you. At the moment we are transmitting the new
schedule. The plan is to gradually transfer the schedule over to
Thailand.
Sorry to hear that you have been battered by the weather.. it's very =
nice here now - not too hot not too humid. We have just had a long =
weekend in Singapore. It was hotter there.
