How do you set the clock? Fine radio, but I inherited it without a manual.

Push time to show time one. Dial in the time and push time
to enter. Do the same for time two, make that GMT

The clock on the YB-400PE is a 24 hour clock only ( military tme). You
have two clocks Time I and Time II.

I use one for local time and the other for UTC time.

For UTC time at your location go here::

USNO Master Clock Time
Address:http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/what.html

Example: If it is 0600 hours press
6 . 0 0 then immediately press the TIME 1/2 button.

Example: if it is 1815 hours press 1 8 . 1 5 then press TIME 1/2 botton.

You can go to the Radio Shack website and download the entire owner's
manual.
