I bought a Uniden Bearcat BC 560 XLT at a garage sale for $10.00. It did not come with a manual and I have no idea how to set up/ program this thing. Can someone tell me how? Is there a web site online where I can access the information?
At the same sale I got a Halicrafter S 22 R for $2.00 that seems to be a transmitter and receiver. I don't know anything about it but it is big, black and old looking.
For $5.00 I got a Zenith trans-ocianic model A600 with the "dial a log" and charts still in the lid. On top the case is a big black bakolite (SP?) plastic thing that says wave-magnet. What is the power supply? There is no electrical cord. There are 2 connectors in the bottom of the case. One has 2 male prongs with a red and a black wire. The other has a female adapter with 4 holes and red, blue and black wires coming out. I figure one might go to batteries and the other to a phonograph. There is a switch on the back of the chassis that says phono/radio.
