Red Wave Radio

I'm just getting started in shortwave and am going to try to buy a
SW receiver at the Dayton Hamfest next month and would like some
advice.  Right now my listening interests lean toward utility stations
(especially military).  I'm looking to spend up to $300 or so and
would like to know which units in that price range are good at
receiving faint USB utility signals.  Any information is greatly
