from 2300-0200 UTC last night there was fairly clear UN NET traffic
re the hurricane on 14.268 MHz SSB.

Also, 14.325 has a hurricane net availible for amateurs. Another one is 14.300 alos known as MAritime Mobile.

The maritime mobile net is always fun; sometimes they move up
to 14.313, so look for them there, too.
