by stuff now! I didn't think my phone wire and several pieces of co-ax stuck
together would be long enough, but it was. Would it be better if I just got
one big long piece of insulated copper wire? I'll do that some other time if
it is.
All I have to do now is get a decent radio - the single-band analogue one I
have now is really useless for most stations because they're all practically
on top of each other (it's the same with FM too); not a good thing for
DXing! I can get the big stations like Deutsche Welle, VOR, VOA, BBC and
those annoying Christian stations really clearly!
There seems to be a shortage of ICF-SW7600G/GR's on ebay right now, so I
guess I just have to wait a while. I would like one of them, since getting
one second-hand will be about half the price I'd be paying for a new SW35
locally.
