You can't fix a radio if the required parts are not available. You could
buy another '302' for parts.

Try finding a DOA radio and use it for parts, or use your's for parts to fix
another. I thought I just saw one on ebay.

I knew of someone who had reapired my DX-302.  I forget his name, but
try to find a DOA radio, either on e-bay or a hamfests.
