Just posted some more picture files (JPGs) in alt.binaries.pictures.misc
and 12hr   One is a radio for the blind, Norver manufactured for "Intouch".
It's an FM SCA subcarrier receiver.  The other radio is a modern AM/FM
portable, but this radio was designed for and bought in the Japanese
domestic market.  (I got it when I visited Japan for a week a year and
a half ago).  Look at the FM band frequencies: they range from 76MHz to
92MHz, and this radio will tune the sound carriers of their TV channels
1, 2, and 3.  These TV channels occupy the "normal" FM band of 92 to 108MHz.
The JApanese AM band is the same as our unextended one, 53 to 160 x10Khz.

Third picture is a military spec tube tester, a TV-7D/U.  It tests the
Gm of the tubes, not emmision.  Even does sub-mini tubes.  I got this
at a hamfest.  It works nicely.
