While I was ordering something's from Universal today I asked about
getting it repaired and they wanted to referred me to the company in
Long Beach, Ca. that was suppose to have repaired it years ago and
didn't. They said I should call the guy and tell him what was going on,
I had tried to talk to them at the time and got no where so mI put it in
the box and got a 800.
I called the company "ACT Radio Repair" and talked with the owner. To
morrow I am going to call him with the repair tag number and we'll see
what they are going to do.
I'll keep the list post as to what takes place and Universal.

Burr:

I did  have a very satisfactory, and pleasant experience with Ross
Hochstrasser of "The Bavarian Radio Work" in reference to Satalitt 500.  I
am highly confident that he can advise on the 650.

workshop is in 40 Walnut St., Whitman, Massachusetts, 02382.

Best regards,

AI
