and the US Senate can do so.

I can sure tell you didn't read the article. she got her earmarks by
bullying Stevens. just as she ran on the famous "bridge to no-
where". then flip-floped on the bridge. but, she did take the money.
and wasted it on other things, like doing her office over 3 times.

she is dirty, vary dirty. but, dodn't worry little sheep, the talking

The Money was 'un-ear-marked' for the Bridge-to-Nowhere
-and- 're-ear-marked' for "other" Alaska State Projects
-and- Spent on 'those' "other" Alaska State Projects.

=PS= That is what happens in every US State when
the State receives a Federal Moneys via an EarMark.

Come back and say something creditable when your
State does not Receive and Spend any EarMark Funds.

Prior to Dianne Feinstein (D - CA) elected in 1992 and
Barbara Boxer (D - CA) elected in 1993 California used
to get $1.14 of Federal Spending including EarMarks for
every Federal Tax Dollar

Since the two of them have been in-office California has
slipped to $0.88 of Federal Spending including EarMarks
for every Federal Tax Dollar
