Maybe the folks at NCI are right! Replace the code test with more questions
about modern operating modes and digital electronics. If they did, the folks
at KCI could keep their website up!

The KCI Website has been inactive for more than a year.  Eric, who had the
registered rights to the URL, took it off-line and asked that it not be
re-registered.  I spoke with him about it, respect his decision and won't
re-open it.
